Windy Thursday - Oct 13/05

Have had a good week so far - had Thanksgiving/Birthday with Dad A at Arthur & Judy's - about 38 of us together. Lots of food, fun-laughter and fellowship and stories of old times. Caleb had a little presentation to show us about his time in Croatia - so interesting. Ev,Randy,Stephen,Caleb & Eveleena were all here.Oh yeah- Naomi & Quinn just had a little baby girl - name Rainy Quin. Great to see them all - Randy will be coming up north here for a job driving truck for Matt Loewen in the oilfield for awhile this winter. Aunt Evelyn will come when things are ready down there - Anita & Brent will look after the place in Salmon Arm. Had Roy,Elsie & Donna and Krista (came after work) over for turkey supper on Monday - Dad came a bit later - they have finished silaging - a great big green pile on Peters' yard! Dad is combining barley now.
Got to see some lovely pictures of our Mary and the baby growing inside. What an adventure - we are so blessed and excited to think that the same God who carried us through those years of birth and parenting is still taking care of us all - even as we are into the "grandparenting" stage of our lives. He is so good!
